Khandker Md. Touhiduzzaman

Managing Director

Mr. Khandker Md. Touhiduzzaman, a B.Sc. in Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) started his career at Urban in 1995 the year of Urban’s Inception. And since then he has been administrating the Urban team from the front. Now he is looking after the operations involving administration, fund management, purchase, policy implementation of the organization and helps the engineering team by monitoring the quality construction.

Nafis Ahmed

Director

Nafis Ahmed holds a BBA from Emory University and is pursuing a Master’s in Retail Management at McGill University. With a background in Information Systems & Operations Management, Economics, and director roles at Pandughar Group & Urban Design & Development Ltd. He brings versatile expertise to the urban development landscape.

Abu Hasib Mohammad Abdullah

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Abdullah, Chief Operating Officer of Urban, brings over 29 years of real estate experience. Since joining in 1995, he has played a crucial role along with the team in establishing Urban as a leading real estate developer. He has overseen the expansion of the team from 50 members to 260 members, project number and capacity of Urban doubled in last 6 years without compromising the quality. With deep insight of customer behavior and market trends, he plays a vital role in driving growth, advising top management, and strengthening Urban’s reputation for excellence.

Shaikh Kamruzzaman

Chief Business Development Officer

Kamruzzaman started his career with a leading financial institution after obtaining his MBA (IBA), University of Dhaka. He possesses over 24 years of experience serving in the financial & real estate sectors of Bangladesh. During this period, he worked in a multi-national bank, non-banking financial institutions as well as in Asset Management Company in different capacities. He has been with Urban since 2021. Zaman is responsible for shaping the strategic direction and driving business development initiatives to ensure the sustainable growth of the company.

Mohammad Hanif

Head of Planning & Coordination

Mr. Hanif obtained his honors and masters degree in Marketing from the faculty of business, University of Dhaka. In 1999 he started a challenging real estate career in a professional and progressive company. Currently, he is leading the department of planning & coordination, and his primary responsibilities include utility procurement of electro-chemical items, service backup from various sources, and government agency interactions.

A. K. M. Majidul Hassan

Head of Project Development

After completing his MBA in Marketing, Mr. Hassan joined a foreign FMCG company. Afterwards, he started his career in the real estate sector where he served in different companies. Having a long-term experience in Business Development, presently he leads the project Development Department of Urban.

Md. Sharif Ullah Chowdhury ACA, FCMA

Head of Finance & Accounts

Mr. Sharif is a professional Accountant, qualified from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) & The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) .He worked at different top positions of the Accounts and Finance division in various private organizations like Amin Mohammad Group, Rangs Group, Bengal Group, and ALCO Pharma Ltd. He joined the Urban team in June 2019 in the capacity of leading the Finance & Accounts department of the organization.

Md. Mahmudun Nabi

Chief Engineer

A meritorious CUET graduate kicked off his career at Rangs Properties Limited as Manager (Engineering) in 2001. With a vibrant career progress from BTI, Ranks,Mir Group, Sanmar & Leisure Bangladesh Ltd he joined Urban on 14th September, 2017 as DGM (Engineering) and led QCC department to a new height of excellence. Now he is leading the company’s engineering department.

Md. Zahidul Hasan Khan Chowdhury FCMA

Head of Audit & Cost Control

Mr Zahid is a professional Accountant & Fellow member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). He has served at different top positions of government and renowned private sectors like Bangladesh Chemical Industries corporation, Bangladesh Jute mills corporation, BRAC Bank and square fashions Ltd.

Zahidur Rahman Khan

Head of Customer Service & UPA

Mr. Zahid achieved graduation and a masters in marketing from University of Dhaka. He joined Urban’s Marketing Dept. in the year 2000, and eventually has been leading the Customer Care Department since 2008. His core responsibility is to nurture and maintain strong bondage and relationship with clients and landowners by providing After Sales Service with utmost care and professional manner.
